At Ronbic Co., Ltd.'s Resin Inspection and Analysis Center, we renewed the ultra-accelerated weather resistance testing device "I Super UV Tester" from Iwasaki Electric to the new model 'SUV-W161' in March 2017, which is used for durability testing against exposure under outdoor conditions. This product is very user-friendly, allowing height adjustments according to various samples, and it is also appreciated for its ability to set ultraviolet intensity on a touch panel and continuously irradiate at a constant intensity while monitoring it on the screen. With improved maintainability and operability, it enables a super-accelerated effect more than ten times that of conventional carbon arc weather resistance testing devices, significantly shortening the testing period and contributing to accurate and speedy weather resistance testing. In August 2020, Sanyo Industrial Co., Ltd. updated its weather resistance testing equipment, replacing the existing carbon arc type weather resistance testing device with the "I Super Xenon Tester XER-W83" using xenon lamp technology. Until now, the mainstream weather resistance testing equipment in Taiwan has been the carbon arc type, but there is a growing trend in the Taiwanese market to transition to xenon lamp technology in line with the times. This weather resistance testing machine, which can conduct tests under conditions close to the spectral distribution of sunlight, is utilized as a highly correlated ultra-accelerated weather resistance testing machine, particularly for material experiments of two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles exposed to sunlight outdoors. Weather Resistance Test Machine "QC-609A"

Characteristics close to the ultraviolet wavelength of sunlight! It is possible to evaluate the weather resistance of a light source primarily consisting of ultraviolet light in an environment close to real conditions.

The "QC-609A" is a weather resistance testing machine that has three functions: constant temperature, aging, and weather resistance. It is equipped with a 3000W UV fluorescent lamp inside the oven, which closely mimics the ultraviolet wavelength characteristics of sunlight and the high-temperature characteristics found in shipping containers, allowing for weather resistance evaluation of light sources primarily based on ultraviolet light in an environment close to real conditions.
